The PTT button on the side is too easy to hit and when it's hit the soft NO has to be clicked.
When the alarm activates the keypad doesn't light up so it's difficult to hit the correct button to keep it from going to snooze.
When deleting calls, only one, or ALL can be deleted at a time. When the call is deleted the option to delete goes back to the top of the list, so the whole list has to be run through again. However, with messages, the message is deleted and the list stays where it was.

GOod phone but I wish it had the same power as my Tundra. Any other phones would be junk in a week or two with me.. Good size not bad to use.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: not great signal power

I like the phone a lot but it is difficult to text because of the phone design with the keyboard. The phone is durable, great reception, easy to operate, and very durable. I just hate trying to text because it takes so long!!!
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: texting is very difficult!

This is a good basic phone.

This phone is a good value for basic phone use. It is durable and reliable. The only problem was that difficulty hearing on it. I now have a Samsung smart phone which I love, although it costs much more for the phone and service.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: voice feature no loud enough

The Samung Rugby II has many good features that are easy to use however the voice dial is cumbersome to use. It renders this function almost useless. Good rugged phone ,good battery life, and good features.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: voice dial
