I was looking for a good durable military grade phone and i found it in this one. It is a terrific phone!

This product has the best speaker phone

I use the speaker phone most of the time and it is lou and clear.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: poor camera

While there must be nearly fifty Rugby phone abuse videos on the net, including tossing it into a pool, and continuing to work ... I don't suggest you try it yourself. While it does take a lot of falling and being slapped around. As far as me dropping it into a sink full of water ... FAIL ... However the engineers at Samsung made the phone easy to disassemble with screws. After drying it out ... It still works 100% with some "water ghosts" in the display. Outside of the ever so annoying PTT button ... I really like this phone, it is a pretty tough phone ... Just don't bring it swimming. All those seals they used just didn't keep the water out even for the 30 short seconds it remained submerged.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, large buttons
Cons: it leaked

Still too early to give full consideration.... so far it works well. Trying to figure out where to find stuff I need quickly.

this is the second rugby phone we have purchased, quality is good, Husband in construction and uses it for voice calls and taking photos only. we would recommend this phone to people who need a sturdy phone.

I like most of the features but somethings could be moved like the volume buttons I answer with left hand and ear and my thumb hits the volume buttons if I don't pay close attention when on the phone. I am sure I will learn how to use the phones features in time to get a new one like how to get easier access write message. I will say it is a nice phone but will keep an open mind until first wet trip on the airboat and we will see if it can hold a candle to my last phone.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight

I picked this phone as I wanted a rugged phone for mainly phone calls. I don't need online access or texting (although I text occasionally) This phone is a great sturdy phone with fantastic reception!
