I love this phone, I have rheumatoid arthritis and it is eating my hands up, but this phone has been dropped I don't know how many times and it still works great!! It is small enough I can slip it in a pocket or purse and it never fails to notify me to where I can hear it and get to it. I did not want all of the gadgets and bells, just a good phone for emergency and driving and it more than meets my needs. It has the "extras" if you want to use them
Pros: Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

I am constantly working outside and have gone through a few phones because of it. I work as a commercial fisherman and irrigation installer. I am always crawling on the ground or in wet ,muddy conditions.The Rugby2 has surpassed all my expectations.The phone is incredibly strong and holds up well in damp conditions. I highly recommend this phone along with the Otter Box hard case.The Otter Box is completely water proof and floats.This is one thing every avid outdoors man/woman should have.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Too big

So close, but yet so far

I had this phone before I had the Samsung Evergreen. This phone has great features. The only drawback is the text messaging. About 50% of the time it would send the text message the first time. The other 50% of the time it would return to the home screen without sending the message and then later I'd find out that it didn't send at all. Again, Samsung, I love where you are going with it but the text messaging glitch is a big setback. Please continue with the flip phone and non-touch screen designs. When you fix that glitch you will have a fantastic product. Please start adding 3.5 mm headset jacks to your products too. It wouldn't hurt.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, camera, music player
Cons: doesn't send texts about 50% of the time, no 3.5 mm headset jack
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall great durable phone. doesnt drop calls and is as tough as nails. the mobile e-mail capability is a little weak and the only reason i didnt give it 5 stars. i know it isnt a smart phone but it should at least allow outlook e-mail to work...Especially considering its more of a fleet phone for business.

Cons: outlook email integration
