This product has more capability that I need

The CD user manual that came with the phone was for a different model phone; even though the label was for the correct model. Also, the Push to Talk button on the outside of the phone is too sensitive. I activate it every time I pick up the phone. The annoying part is that I do not subscribe to PTT, thus, I always have to cancel this function each time I use the phone. Since this is a corporate phone, I would like to delete all the apps that I cannot use. Overall, the phone is durable and functions as expected.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: too many unused features
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice phone but...

This is a decent phone with good sound quality and reception, but some of the features are rather useless. The voice dial feature takes a number of steps, which makes looking up the number in your contacts quicker and easier and make the voice dial feature virtually useless. The ptt button on the side couldn't be in a worse position, as it's constantly being accidentally pressed when using the phone and can't be deactivated.. The self shot camera button on the other side is also a nuisance, and rather silly.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: numerous useless features, misplaced buttons
I would recommend this to a friend!

Built Like An Abrahms Tank

This is a great phone with one exception. The PTT button should either be recessed so you don't accidently press the button or programmable so that it can be disabled. Under normal use, it is easy to untintentionally press that button. I've already called the designer all the 200 words that can't be said on TV. Perhaps this issue can be addressed in the next generation Rugby phones.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, great sound quality
Cons: ptt button is a pain
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only had a short time but like it's ruggedness, has been exposed to water which would kill a normal phone. I wish the push to talk button could be disconnected.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: annoying push to talk button
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible Volume
on April 29, 2011

Phone is great for the money except for one BIG problem. The volume when talking on the phone is terribly low even at the highest setting of 7. If there is any sort of background noise then you will have trouble hearing who you are talking to. I do not understand how this could be considered a contractor phone because usually they are on a jobsite with equipment making all sorts of noise.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations, volume problems
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
