Great phone but USB driver not available & CD not working.

There was a CD but program is linked with website that does not give you the program. So, it is ueless. No way to manage your contact through your pc. Very frustrating.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Too big

Rugby Design not equal to it's features

I have had the Rugby for about a month. Although it is most certainly durable, it's features & design are flawed. The sound button is too easily changed (even when you set the profile, if you accidently hit the sound button, you lose your profile & the phone won't ring or vibrate, as was my settings.) Unless you turn certain ways, the reception is not good. And the level of sound along with trying to find "exactly" where to place it on your ear makes it very difficult to hear person on the other end. There is no way to set light time for front display on cover. I can't find any way to make the caller ID show the name instead of the number only. OVerall, it is a tough phone, but I am not terribly pleased with it.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations, sound quality/ability not good, settings too easily changed

I find this phone difficult to operate and have trouble with the of not being able to hear a caller.

It's a good phone. The features and where to find them seem to be found in one place my stuff, where in past phones it was under settings.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable
