Samsung's tough one!

The Rugby is one the toiughest little phones on the market today. I have had mine now for over 2 years and have never had a problem with it. And it is water proof, too. Excellent value for the money spent.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Not high def
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have had this phone several years and I love it. It's been through it all including a drop in the toilet, and most importantly my 16 month old grand daughter which my husband lovingly refers to as our personal hurricane/tornado all mixed in one. Our daughter and her husband have had to get new phones while mine continues to take a beating yet keeps on ringing!!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Would Never Believe It!

Our home burned earlier this year and I did not have time to look for my Samsung Rugby II which was left on the kitchen counter. When the smoke had cleared and we were searching through the rubble, I came across my phone which was in a case and melted to the counter. I took a knife and cut the case away from my phone. There was no way I thought it would actually work, but to my utter amazement, it did! I am still using this phone! It is melted all around the edges, but is still operational. My wife bought this phone as a Christmas gift for me last year after reading the reviews. She was skeptical but I needed a phone. We are both believers now! Samsung Rugby II is a definite winner!
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable

Love My Rugby 2!!! Very Durable!

I Love my Rugby 2. I've had numerous cellphones over the years and I have to say that my Rugby 2 is the BEST cellphone I've ever owned. I've had this phone for almost a year now and I've never had any problems with it. I've dropped it several times by accident (fallen out of my pocket twice, dropped when my hand was jarred, had it grabbed and dropped by a two year old) and it not only still works, it did not break or chip, not even a little bit! I love how I can have a picture for everyone on my contact list, and how it is so easy to put pictures from my phone onto my computer and vice versa. The only thing I would say to Samsung when creating a new version of the Rugby is: please give us some cool ringtones with the standard version!

This is my second rugby, and if it`s anything like my first one I can expect years of great service from it. I`m not easy on phones, my first one was dropped, submerged in a puddle of water and it just keep on going. BEST cell phone I`ve ever owned.

Great Work Phone

I use this phone for work and the battery last all day long. I may only need to charge the phone once a week and I talk an average of 2400 minutes a month.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, battery life
