Disappointing

It takes too many clicks on the upper left soft key to access commonly used items. I have to use four clicks just to get to my Address Book, and even if I put it on the "Shortcut" menu, it still takes four clicks! I tried putting my Address Book at the top of the Shortcut menu, but had to remove the Camera choice from the Shortcut list. Now I can't replace the Camera as a choice on the Shortcut list! I have to go through the main menu to get to it, some TWELVE clicks later! Poorly thought out menu.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations, too many clicks to access address book
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Apps

If I could add apps easily, the phone would be just about perfect for my use. I have dropped it into a lake and it still worked. My son did the same thing with a I-phone and it was toast. Keep making phones this good and people wont be getting replacements as fast. Which is bad for your business, won,t have to replace them as often.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, rugged, ease of use
Cons: can't add apps
I would recommend this to a friend!

USER-FRIENDLY
on December 12, 2012

Love this phone. Besides being user-friendly, it's sturdy, easy to read due to font size, keys are large for large hands, reject list is a great feature, flip-phone so there is no accidental access like touch screens and, best of all, data package not required, but phone is capable to add the data package if you want it.
Great phone Nice & thick easy to use Nice size almost like a ipod bigger then a credit card, so you can see everything a lil weight to it better so you don't slip & drop it like most other phones, I would like more ringtones options only has 4 but Great phone if you bring your phone everywhere & not use a headset this is the phone for you it will stand up to mostly anything.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color

Nice little phone

I bought this to replace an old Samsung feature phone, and did not want a smartphone. This is a little larger than the one I had, but it still fits nicely in a shirt pocket. My only gripe is with the push to talk that always seems to get pushed even when the phone is just in my pocket. I don't use the feature, so it is just an annoyance. I wish there was a way to disable it (or if there is maybe I just don't know how).
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: push to talk button is in a bad location
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like all the features I have on my cell phone. it is easey to use and I like havind a flip top
This is one great phone. Not being a texting person, I can't comment on that feature but the rest of the phone is great. Feels sturdy in my hand and is easy to use. Many selections on the options menu and allows you to choose customized features. The speakerphone is great and allows clear speech. Battery life seems excellent. Holds a charge for a very long time (several days) without charging. I would not hesitate to recommend this phone for anyone needing a phone to play music and make calls. The address book feature is really convenient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Software is Useless
on September 23, 2010

The software for this phone is utterly useless. The provided CD just links you to the website. Even after downloading and installing the software my PC cannot find the drivers for it. Now I cannot even fully remove the software, and only half of the total data package for the recommended drivers can be removed.
Bottom line is you won't be able to upload/download anything to or from your phone with your PC. Perhaps if you get an adapter for the memory card and remove the card each time you want to transfer something to or from the phone. Which is a pain in the neck.
I'll be returning this phone before the 30 day period is up.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations, software is useless
