Nice case; doesn't fit phone

My phone is an A23 5G UW according to the info shown in Settings --> About Phone. That would seem to match the case description. However, the holes for the side buttons don't line up properly. As a result, the volume keys are not usable when the phone is in the case. I had the exact same problem with a case ordered from another vendor, so I'm not sure I can blame Speck for this, but it sure is frustrating.

The volume buttons and the finger sensor window on the case are offset from where they are on the phone. The features on the case a a little higher than they're supposed to be so part of the finger sensor is covered and when I try to press volume down on the case it presses the volume up button on the phone.

The only brand I buy

I recently decided it was time for my son to have his first cellphone, after years of asking. Having used the Speck brand for myself for years and having it protect my phone against several drops, it was an easy choice to get a Speck case for his phone as well. The cases have everything that I want in a case: low profile, good corner protection, raised front for face first falls. Also, it's protected my phone from a few falls. It's a huge plus that the price is nice and affordable !!
