The battery lasts just about all day while being comfortable enough to listen to all day and the sound is crisp, clear and a joy listening to. These mostly run podcasts but it plays music quite well out the box, but the app's eq is as potent as the noise canceling.
I've been through 2 of these now and they both suffer from the similar problems of dropping out and randomly loses connection. My first pair had one ear bud shake the driver to death and I'm getting the feeling this newest pair might do the same.
They sound soo... good and satisfying that I still run them daily. Jbl really has something if they put some more money into the build quality this can be a serious rival to the ipods pro.
I've had these for almost a year and each software update makes the earbuds worse.
They have great potential but the software is horrible.
The most recent firmware update makes multipoint audio completely useless.
Both devices will connect but audio will only play from the device that connected first.
You will have to manually turn Bluetooth on that device off to recieve audio from the 2nd device.
Headphones randomly pause themselves while audio is playing.
None of the included ear tips fit correctly causing the earbuda to fall out of the ear constantly making anc useless.
Aftermarket ear tips would typically solves this but because of the oval shaped audio drivers most aftermarket eartips do not fit correctly.

We're here to help with your JBL Live Pro 2 TWS. We understand that it didn't meet your expectations. We recommend doing a factory reset to see if the issue remains. To do this, double-tap on the right earbud. Then, on the third tap, press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds (until the unit shuts off). This restores the earbuds to the factory defaults. Please note that the earbuds have to be paired with each other to perform the reset, so neither of the earbuds should be off or in the charging case. Remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair them again. If you need more help, please reach out to our customer support.
Lives up to JBL sound, the treble with the equalizer in the app isn’t as crisp as I would like, but still leaps and bounds above AirPod pro buds that I also have
They do not connect to my Apple Watch so they are no better than some old wired based headphones.
