Fantastic iteration on a solid tracker

I use this in conjunction with an Edge bike computer for when I do bike specific activity, but replaced a first-gen Venu S. This model, on a repeat of the same first backpacking trip, lasted two extra days without charging compared to the S's maiden voyage. That's in conjunction with a nicer screen, more accurate tracking, AND being paired to a phone in airplane mode for most of the trip. I recommend this watch to anyone looking for a step up in fitness tracking and basic smart watch capability, but not looking to break in to triathlon or mountaineering just yet.

Lovely design

I was an apple watch girl but media got me and I am so glad it got me. My first reason to consider switching to garmin was of how delicate and elegant the watch looked, then all the amazing data you can get from your watch. I love it!

Fun features but phone App control is just another app to log in to and manage. Wish instructions for watch and the control features for things like volume were more easily accessible from the get go. The face scratches easily and Bluetooth connection makes the battery go down quickly. I can maybe get 2 or 3 days with Bluetooth and updates on. Wish garmin was clearer on capabilities and what devices work with specific products and that they wouldn’t charge for apps.

Great Health Data!

I’ve had my Venu 3S for three weeks now and am impressed at all the features and health tracking. It inspire me to getting and paying more attention to sleep and cardiovascular fitness. It’s so lightweight I forget I’m wearing it. Great product!

Sleep, exercise, and health apps!!

This is my 3rd VenueS watch! The multiple apps are to relevant to my lifestyle at 72 and more important than ever! Tracking my biking, hiking, walks and yoga helps me to regulate exercise and sleep so I stay active in a healthier way. I have a tendency to burn out.

Glass Face Cracked after 3 Weeks

I love the watch but the glass face already cracked. I've only had it for 3 weeks weeks, and I am not rough on it. I expected better.

There are a few things I like about the Garmin mostly the battery life, but several things I miss about my Apple watch. The one thing I hate THE MOST about this Garmin is that if your phone is not plastered to your body you lose connection. I can’t even walk from my kitchen to my garage without my watch telling me my phone disconnected. We should be able to walk around a close distance especially when we have WiFi and still have phone functions on our watch.
