Love the Apps

I love the apps on this watch, I hike A LOT and it's nice to have this on here. I use the hydration and step counter more than I thought I would but it's nice to have a nice looking watch.

The Right Choice!

I got my watch about a month or two ago - enough time to get a feel for the watch - and I have to say it was the perfect replacement to my Apple Watch 7! I migrated to Android and the watch worked great with Apple and works flawlessly with my Razr+.
The functionality explodes when tied up to an android, to the point that Apple makes the watch feel handicapped. This is likely on Apple and not Garmin, and so it doesn't impact my rating. I use the fitness features somewhat minimally - just trying to stay healthy, not a gym rat or anything - and this watch is perfect for me.
If anyone is wondering why I picked the 3S over the 3, it's because I have small wrists and anything bigger than the 3S would look awkward in my bones.

Love My Garmin

I love my Garmin Venu 3. It does everything I want it to do. The Battery Life is so great. The biggest reason that I have a Garmin is I love the sleep app. It Keeps track of the quality of my sleep.I have an Apple Watch also and the battery life is not very good. I will take my Garmin over the Apple Watch.because of the battery life.I think they are similar but the Garmin is overall a better watch.

Easy to use

This is a big upgrade for me from my Fitbit. I had considered an Apple watch but I'm glad I got this one instead. Interfaces easily with my iPhone and has great features for fitness tracking. I love the long battery life. My daughter has a Garmin which she is happy with. My son is happy with his Apple watch but he's the one who suggested that I might prefer the Garmin and he was right!

Love it but

The only down fall that I have found so far is that I can't connect it to my phone carriers network (Verizon). Also that I can't be more then 30 ft from my phone to get
calls and texts. I'm a very busy and don't want to carry my phone everywhere I go.

Venu 3S - Not what it was hyped to be

For the price of this watch it is decent but not great. I was super excited about the ability to use it with my phone but honestly I am not impressed. The watch face is very cheap looking and the options are lacking compared to the Forerunners I have. The phone keeps trying transferring to the watch even when I told it to connect to iPhone. This is not cool when I need to keep conversations private. I have to keep transferring it back to my phone. Huge disappointment. Trying to scroll through the screens is horrible. There is a huge lag and often times I have to swipe 5 or 6 times to get it to go to the next screen. I was told to just update the watch. Then I was told that I needed to update it through garmin express because the update might just be hung up. I have done everything I was told and it still lags. My forerunners don’t have this issue at all so I’m super frustrated.

Love the features but a few flaws

Definitely a change from my last watch! Love it overall! Love the data for sleeping, stress, daily morning report! Cons: having a hard time calibrating to the treadmill. It’s significantly off. I have to refresh frequently for the weather and sometimes won’t get notifications.
