I used to be an avid Apple Watch user, and the Garmin Venu 3s does so much more. I primarily use this product to track strength training, skiing, climbing, snowboarding, yoga, and ice skating. I love the sleep score and sleep coach feature. The scores seem to align with my perceived amount of sleep on any given day. I am still exploring all of the features that this watch has to offer, but I am very excited to learn more about my VO2 Max, HRV score, and heart rate.

Lots of features!

Works great, love the customization factor, so much to it, its like a small computer on my wrist. I was used to just a fitness tracker, this does so much more its amazing. I got it for the heart monitoring which works good. I also bought different wrist bands to change it out as I don't like the silicone bands. Battery life is awesome and it charges pretty fast. Only gave 4 stars as I will see how long it lasts.

So many features!

I have had my Venu 3S for about a month and I am so far very impressed with all the features it has to offer. I love that it breaks down my stress and sleep and gives recommendations of things I can do to have a better night sleep or how to wind down for the day. The challenges that the app offer keep me motivated to move and accomplish the goals I have. I am still learning about all the features the watch has to offer but so far it's been awesome.
