I had an Apple Watch since they came out and purchased garmin due to the battery life only to find out it Doesn’t pair easily with apple health app and doesn’t pair at all with peloton.

Awesome except for FTP?!

I’ve had the Venu 3s for several weeks and I love almost EVERYTHING about it. It does everything I need it to do. However it doesn’t seem to know my FTP and I cannot find any way to change that number. So while I can use it with my powermeter and it displays the data it’s “analysis” is completely skewed which sort of makes training with power useless with this device. Kind of hard to believe actually…

Battery Life about 7 days, not 10, dissapointing

I bought this smartwatch because the advertised battery life is much longer than comparable devices; I have the 37mm so it's 10 days. It's brand new, but the battery lasts me about 7 days. This is quite dissapointing for me. I have a simple watch face without any movement, lowest display brightness, pulse ox off, wrist heart rate on auto but not broadcasting and off swim, move Iq on, orange shift on, display always on is off, sleep mode on at night. I have turned off everything that I don't use, but I don't want to turn off wrist heart rate and move iq because what's the point of having a fancy watch if I turn off these nice features. It's very misleading to say that the battery life is 10 days. Otherwise, I find that the UI is not super intuitive. When I look at the daily totals for caloris and steps, I want to see the exact numbers for each day, not just a graph. I feel like the market is missing a watch with less whistles and bells but has a longer battery life. I considered the Scanwatch but I really disliked that I couldn't connect it to siri.

This watch does NOTHING that was advertised. You cannot answer calls, cannot see text messages, does not interface with most apps including its own. You cannot edit watch faces that are supposedly editable. It’s a complete fail and they should not be selling watches at all if this is their product. Returning this NOW!!!!

I purchased the device which is not cheap at all. It’s a pity that there isn’t an automatic sync for contacts like there used to be in an old device I had. Also, it is still not possible to initiate viewing messages and/or sending messages from the watch to the mobile device.

When I leave or enter an area where my phone is not located, I receive a notification my phone has been either connected or disconnected. Very obnoxious.

I have been using my watch venu3s for 4 months and not using phone feature. This is 2nd time in approximately a month that I have had to go through set up process to connect phone to app taking an a lot of time and effort to connect and not understanding why! It takes setting up all over. I love my watch and app without this annoying issue.

Exactly what I was looking for

I love this watch so much. I mostly wanted it for bouldering and training for climbing, which it’s been great for. It has a bouldering and indoor climbing specific activity, which I love!!! And I love that i can wear it in the water to paddle board or whatever else I feel like doing. It looks super cute and I’m really glad I got the 3s over the 3, the screen is the perfect size for my small wrist. I think I might have a sensitivity to the silicone band, which I didn’t even realize was a possibility until I saw a Reddit about it. I thought I had a bug bite!! So if you are sensitive to certain materials maybe try a different band. But overall, I’m obsessed!!
