A Must-Have Upgrade!

I recently upgraded to the Garmin Venu 3 from the Venu 2 Plus, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! While I initially hesitated to switch because of how satisfied I was with the Venu 2 Plus, the Venu 3 exceeded all my expectations. The software and design feel familiar yet refined, making the transition seamless. Activity tracking is flawless, and the GPS connects almost instantly, perfect for my 2–5-mile runs and cycling. The sleep and body battery features accurately match my energy levels and help me plan my days better. It’s the perfect balance of style, functionality, and reliability. Whether upgrading or getting your first smartwatch, the Venu 3 is an investment I’d recommend to anyone—it truly enhances both fitness tracking and overall health insights.

Beautiful watch BUT...

This watch is so beautiful and I love the features it comes with, all of the activity options, its waterproof, the sleep mode, etc. BUT... I don't think this watch likes apple products that much! When I first got the watch I stopped receiving text messages which I needed because I work in EMS so can't always have my phone in my hand. When I looked online trying to figure out a solution there was not much online and all that was online I attempted to do. I finally restarted the device and started receiving my text again. I was just a bit annoyed given how much I've spent on this watch. One thing I also don't like is when I have my watch on I wish my actual phone wouldn't make noise, just my watch when receiving a text or social media notification. Like apple watch, when your phone is connected to it and when its on your wrist, the phone itself doesn't make noise, just the watch. So due to Garmin not having that feature its convenient when I get a call but my hands are busy and I cannot silence my phone... Lastly, I dislike when I'm a certain feet away from my phone, the phone disconnects to my watch. Sometimes I run into the store and leave my phone in and within feet my phone disconnects from my watch and I do not like that! Aside from those things, I love the watch when I workout and have no complaints in that aspect.

Best Smartwatch Ever

My favorite feature of the Garmin watch is the sleep tracking and I love how you can set alarms each morning! The battery life is also amazing and I recommend it to everyone I know.

The venu 3s is a good smart watch. I loved how light it was and elegant it looked. It has amazing tracking features, but the reason for me switching to the Epix pro gen 2 sapphire edition was because the venu 3s doesn’t do custom workouts and I looked at videos over and over again and even went to the Garmin website and it just kept saying that it was because this was an outdated watch. I love to do a lot of outdoor rugged activities and this watch was just too fragile for me. You HAVE to buy a screen protector case for it because otherwise it scratches easily and I don’t like that at all. It just didn’t suit my preferences but overall the watch is still a great watch! I just felt like if I’m going to switch from Apple Watch to a Garmin and spend a good amount of money on a watch that actually did what I wanted then why not go with the Epix pro.

It’s a nice upgrade

I have had it for a few weeks. There are things I like and things I wish had need improved. The battery life is excellent! Wish they made it in square instead of the larger round. Also wish it had more of a selection of workouts. But the real reason I bought it is for F3 motorcycle app! I Love this app! You can’t get it on any other smart watch except for Garmin.
