Very much anticipating this smartwatch with a wealth of features for both Health & Fitness, but now also really good Smartwatch-Features (like calling on the watch)! This is by far the best watch I ever had and I can wholeheartedly recommend this watch to every Health, Fitness and Smartwatch aficionado! Sleek design too and long battery! Excellent Watch!

110% better than last smart watch

I am so happy to let go of that terrible Fitbit.
This Garmin watch lasts forever on a charge. My Garmin never losses connection to my phone. My Garmin always counts flights of stairs correctly.
Should have purchased 6 years ago.

I have had several different Garmin watches for years and the improvements and upgrades just keep getting better! I love the ease of getting to my activities and widgets. It is intuitive. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a smartwatch that helps you achieve your health goals.

Lightweight and so far, durable (I am notoriously klutzy)
Has some touch screen interaction
Can take calls
Awesome HR tracking (I hate HR monitor straps, so this is great)
Love all the Garmin workout features
Redshift! flashlight!!
Meditation and breath work (though I wish there was a way to turn off the voice prompts)
Move alerts
HRV
Morning reports...
OK, basically ALL the fitness features, plus I like how I can get/reply to (android phone) text messages, see emails, etc. I also like how this is more limiting than the current Android smartwatch that I own--in terms of I get notifications, etc from the Venu3 but there's a limit on how involved I can get with answering things--which I like because for me it feels like one step away from always being tied to my phone.
Things I'd change/add:
--customized move alert timing/time of day for the alerts
--add an "I'm sick and can't workout" pause button to ease the workout guilt
--Start an activity by tapping on an icon on the watch face
--able to add 'time of day' to workout data screens

I purchased this watch to help me track my overall fitness as I work to get back in shape. I have used Garmin products for competitive cycling and running in the past and the Venu 3 has not disappointed me so far.

Great features. A couple issues.

I bought the Venu 3 on sale to replace my 5 year old Garmin. While it's neat that it can do a few more things, the activities remain the same as before. My main problem is how scratched the screen is already. I've bought a screen protector for it, but I never had to with my last one. I'm almost embarrassed that it looks so old so soon.
