As a medic, I use the full time second hand for pulse taking.
So light, I ware it sleeping. I track sleeping and use for wake up alarm.

Simple to use

I had a vivoactive 3 for years and it was or I should say it is a tank. Still working but I wanted to upgrade. I went with the Venu 3 for the features and talk to text even with an IPhone. Very accurate GPS and heart rate.

This is hands down the worst Garmin I have ever had out of 6. I believe at this point I will never buy another one, I am looking at other brands to see what is available.

Great health insights

I got it a couple weeks ago and so far I have no interest in putting my Apple Watch back on. It has so many health insights comparatively. It almost never calls my phone when I tell it to, so that’s a bit frustrating.

Have had this watch for a month now and still trying to figure out some of the features ... I am sorta of a guy who wants simple, and this watch isn't exactly that ... many features that I won't use, but that's ok as I can just work around that stuff ... features I use are great and so far it's performing all the things i need very well ...

Battery time not as advertised

Been using for a couple weeks now. The first charge the battery lasted about 10 days. Since then it only last less than two days. So I need to charge it every night, which defeats the purpose of purchasing this watch. Other than that, the features are good. Although I only use it for the time and steps. I’d hate to see the battery life if I tried to use more features.
