Fantastic Device

I’ve had the Venu 3 a few weeks. I find new features and useful information almost everyday. It’s helping me improve my workouts, goal setting, and many day to day activities. I can’t believe I didn’t get it sooner.

Perfroms great, with limitations

The watch performs better than expected. The data you get from swimming, walking, and such is great. A limitation that's annoying is you can't go below certain custom lengths on the watch. You can manually update it in the app after, but if you have it linked to something like Strava it only pulls the original recording, which makes it look like I'm world record holding swimmer. If you plan on doing indoor cycling it also doesn't allow you to manually put in a reading from a bike for distance/speed, you'll need to buy a Garmin sensor for that. Other than those two gripes I love it. I wear it to sleep and it doesn't feel heavy wearing it.

Pairing problem - resolution

Very happy with my choice. One issue the setup with the golf app disappeared and agonized when my watch and phone would not pair and found no help from Garmin. But found a if I eliminated all bluetooth items it allowed the watch to pair.

Highly Recommend!

I upgraded from my Apple Watch to the Garmin and love it! I do miss some of the smart features from the apple such as the maps capability, but am overall impressed with the Garmin. It has lots of settings, the battery lasts about 2 weeks, and it has a sleep tracker.
