Very accurate and user friendly

I bought this about a month ago, I have not regretted it once. I love the animated work out features, multitude of pre-loaded exercises, and customization of the watch face. Only complaint I have and is minor- I have a baby I get up with overnight and sometimes the watch will not log my sleep before I am up with the baby. So my sleep score is awful, and my body battery isn’t accurate. Other than that it’s the perfect watch for my wants and needs.
My first fitness watch so I had no expectations. Was actually looking to replace my 20+ year Ironman Timex watch and couldn't find any that people really liked so I bit the bullet and upsized to Garmin.
So far had no issues with the 45mm watch. Great health features with long battery life! Now if they could somehow integrate a CGM monitor it would be almost a must wear for everyone that cares about their health.
Watch faces are bright/colorful with a clean interface. Lots to choose from! Change to a different one every few days!
The Garmin SSO Portal site is well laid out and easy to navigate. No issue with the software of updates! It's a Garmin for heavens' sake. :) Love the exercise activities!!!
My only concern is battery life. How many charges before you see a drop off in watch functionality? Like phones, there's a mean average of hours before failure. If I can get 5+ years then it's worth the investment.
Great mix of smart and sport features like most all of Garmin’s wearables it is bit more sport focused then a regular smart watch but more smart watch then others. I would recommend for anyone who wants a smart watch with great battery life but not on the extreme or expensive end of sport watches.

Within a month the screen cracked. Then after the blue triangle freeze it hasn’t been the same. Workouts stop recording times. Goes into sleep mode on its own all the time. Going back to my Iwatch
Love the battery life. It does take some getting used to learning how to access all the features and some of the buttons and touch screen does not work like I would think they should.
The first time I wore, I was surprised by how light it felt. The strap too is very comfortable.
I love the display. And the menu is well organized. I can get to whatever I want quickly.
I like the morning report where it shows details about my sleep. Compared to my Oura ring, the watch is not good at identifying sleep stages. Hopefully, Garmin will come up with a better algorithm.
Beside sleep, I use the watch for my run and breath work. For these two activities, I’m very satisfied.
