Not all that I expected and can be very difficult to learn operate. The small videos on YouTube are not very helpful. One more thing is that you cannot import data from FitBit ☹️

Venu 3 Great Watch for training and health monitor

I have used my Garmin Venu 3 for a month while cycling and going through my day.The watch delivers critical health information I need to monitor my Afib & heart rate; I can broadcast heart rate to my Garmin

Like it better than my Venu 2

I've had the Venu 3 for a few weeks. My Venu 2 of about four years experienced the blue triangle and could not be revived. Garmin offered to replace it with another Venu 2 but I decided to upgrade to to Venu 3. Garmin offered a generous discount and I upgraded. I am very glad I did. It has much more to offer to the Venu 2 and I use it for walking, running on the treadmill, rowing and cycling. Great watch.

Loveb my new V3. Big upgrade from my Vivoactive 3. Many more features than my former watch. My only disappointment if that this watch does not have a yard work feature like the Vivoactive 3 did. Would be nice to have kayaking on it as well. Not just rowing. Everything else on the watch is great! I

Connectivity Problems

Received a refurbished unit after the Original Venu 3 just stopped working all together. No display whatsoever. Prior to it totally going blank, it had connectivity issues. It would frequently flash "phone disconnected"..then "phone connected "...back and forth. I just received this refurbished unit 3 days ago and have swam the last 2 days in the pool, it recorded the swim sessions just fine, but this morning the watch went to dim mode and a default clock face was present upon awakening. I had to reset and reconnect. Later this morning I will call customer service and ask for a replacement. My Original unit lasted about 11 months before having any issues. I primarily swim 3-5 times a week, about an hour each time.

I am impuwirh this watch so far. It does everything. The only problem is that is doesn’t allow to reply to messages and so may apps for everything. Besides that, it performs very well, battery life is very good. It is very fast and responsive.
