Hi,
Just a few days ago I bought the 16 piece ceramic cookware set with removable handles in white. I was so excited for this purchase but after light use for only one day the frying pan has become stained. Not only that, my removable handles have been damaged so easily when putting them on the counter. The back of the handle is broken. Moreover the rubber under the handle has also come out. The grip of the handle is so shaky that I’m scared of boiling rice or making soup in the deeper pots.

I am so disappointed with this purchase. I have signed up for free warranty and would like an immediate solution as soon as possible. Please either offer me a refund or fix my pots and pans set immediately.
