[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gotham professional non-stick frying pan is simply amazing. It is built to last and the non-stick surface is non stick. It heats evenly and consistently, and it is heavy enough to stay hot, but light enough not to tire your arm. It cleans up nicely. I am very excited to keep using this frying pan for years to come!
