I bought this blender on April 6. Today when blending in my travel cup, it shredded a rubber seal and the only way I knew was I almost swallowed the rubber. See picture.

BEST BLENDER EVER PURCHASED

So far have only used once, but so far, it is the best blender I have purchased, ever, in my life!
LITERALLY, obliterates! Even those little bits of kale & spinach that every other blender seems to just, not be able to blend - it gets those also!
So far loving it, and I'm hoping it lasts!
