No Light. Not good!!!

So far, the light doesn’t work. That’s was one of the features that made my decision to purchase this unit. How can this be resolved?

Not a great start

I got the air fryer and use the french fry setting on the first use. It burnt the french fries and the time that it shows to cook it is way too long. I just happen to open it even though there were still much time on the clock
Also to do the warranty, The QR code used to register it did not work properly as it could not find the number on my box RJ38-4TW-black-DS-TH. It only let me use RJ38-4TW-black-DS. I don't know if there's a difference but that's an issue for Chefman not me. I still expect my warranty to be valid.
