This is the second kettle that I have gotten, and they both started leaking from the bottom less than six months

In registering my product the Model # on the product is RJ11-12, which was not an option on the form, RJ11-12TI was the closest so that is what I chose.

I thought that this kettle was like the larger kettle and you could set the temperature of the water for the tea. This is just a fancy tea kettle. Doesn’t do anything to boil the water. If you want your tea to be at a lower temperature, you just have to Pour it in a cup and take its temperature. I’m very disappointed though it does boil very quickly.

The kettle was easy to clean and use. I had difficulty removing the infuser, but was able to remove it. The 1.2L is perfect for me since I will be using it most of the time for tea. So far I am happy with it.
