At first, we thought it was great. However, there seems to be an issue with the warmong plate. We turn it on but the water is not boiling. The blue lights come on but the water does not boil.

It's an electric kettle. The size is nice for my needs and doesn't take up too much counterspace. I like the automatic boil-dry protection.
