Struggling

It was very hard to set up as to get it balanced. I had to push very hard down on the tea kettle several times before the light would come on when I tried to start it. It would not start total set up with fussing with it was 30 minutes now I’m happy. Hope it stays that way. It appears that the rubber things underneath it were not pressed into the full balance point so they did not sit level only mashing on it hard got it to behave herself. She’s my new friend now.

My Chefman electric kettle is with the tea infuser is great for steeping my herbs. The only problem is it leaks and I lose some of my tea and it may be an electrical hazard
