I am hopeful. I had to return my first kettle as it boiled over even though the water was well below the "Max" line. This is the same model - I'm hoping the other one was just a lemon.

Appreciate the second filter at the mouth for pouring since small particles that come out of the infuser get filtered out. However I found myself not inserting the infuser all the way in as it would be harder to remove.
