So far it seems to be a great product. Only time will tell as far as durability.

The Chefman kettle is very convenient with the addition of the tea infuser it allows me to brew herbal tea without the worry of unhealthy byproducts of the tea bag.

It’s not heating after one use…☹️

I’ve had this for a bit so I finally unboxed it and plugged it in a week or so ago for first use. It boiled the water the first time, that I had to dump out and while the light comes on when I flip it on, it is not heating at all… going to see if I can get a replacement and circle back. I love the way it looks and that it comes with a tea infuser so hopefully I can get one that works soon.

Very easy! Looks very nice! Washed it nicely with mild soap rinsed it out put some water in it. Set it on its base push the little trigger and bam! Water boiling very quickly. Will go very nicely with my turmeric/ginger/black pepper, tea and my lemon/ginger tea.
