The packageing was safe and the product wasn't damaged. The lid was easy to take off and easy to understand. The cord looks short but extends nicely.

Great kettle

This is a great little kettle- especially for the price. Love how it lights up. The only change I would make is for it to have a longer cord. It's just short enough to make it difficult for me to plug in where I need to put it on the counter.

Its not working right already

The electric kettle that I purchased has a model number that is not listed. That number is RJ11-12.
