Not good first time user !

Well I just use it for the first time and if I wasn’t there to watch it it would’ve spilled all over my counter had to rush and take it off the bottom and put in the kitchen sink I think I’m returning it

It took me a little while to figure out how to remove the infuser, but otherwise, setup and use were easy as could be!

Bottom of kettle has white film

Just completed the boiling for cleaning. There is a white film on the bottom of the kettle. What can I do to remove this.

This 1.2 liter water kettle looks great, heats fast, and looks nice on our counter.

. We like the look and the short time to boiling. It is easy to use and does not take up much counter space. The blue light while heating is cool.
