Very easy to use, the touch screen is not very sensitive, you have to push it harder than I thought, but it works great.

The air fryer will not come on. I will check the connection and then it will turn on. And this happens again and again and again. It is not my electrical connection. My other appliances do not have the same problem. The Chessman air fryer is plugged into the same outlet as my last one, (which i switched out because it got old, not because it didn't work)This Chessman has turned out to be a nuisance.
