It does exactly what it's supposed I had an older model but needed a new one cause it started leaking water hopefully I won't have that issue again

Looks good, a little louder than my last kettle from another manufacturer, but that one failed in less than two years. Doesn’t take up much space, lights let you know when ready and I kinda like how they look.

It works so fast at hearing the water up and I love that the base you said it on stays cold so I don’t have to worry about anything on the counter, touching it and catching on fire or burning. Just think this is top notch.

Tea, spiced tea & hot chocolate are “go to’s” in winter….my instant hot water dispenser went out. So I just bought this….its very easy and MUCH easier to clean
