Awesome product! Highly recommended.

It was very easy to use. Heats water faster than the plastic proctor electric kettle I owned. I like the glass part of the picture and how it sits on the base in any direction.

I loved the older version, however it stopped working so the newer version is nice. I enjoyed the feature of the older kettle that opened the lid for me with a button. I will see if the newer version will grow on me.

Nice, but handle too large

I love the looks of the pot. And it boils quickly. My only complaint is that the handle is too large foe me to comfortably and safely pick up kettle and pour hot water. I must use two hands; even then it is awkward.
