I would give five stars, but our last Chefman only lasted 3 years. We fixed it three times by following a very detailed and time consuming YouTube video. I’m glad you still offer a basic kettle without all the options and blinking lights on the handle. This one is working great, just wish we hadn’t had to replace the previous one so soon.
