Electrical short, sparks when plugging in

It is very easy to use, and I liked it at first. However, I bought it only a month ago and used it only five times, and now it already seems broken. I always added water above the minimum line, so I’m not sure why it stopped working.

Quick Boiling Kettle

Chefman does what it says, boils fast, 360 swivel, drip free spout, LED indicators is on and auto shut off after maximum boiling temp is reached. I dont think it is necessary to let it reach auto turn off. Great purchase, a 2nd kettle was purchase.
