This is my second Chefman kettle.The first one was shorted out by a bad gfi outlet. However, up to that point it worked well. I am sure I would still be using it had it not been for a bad outlet. This kettle is awesome. It brings the water to a full boil quickly (1.8 L in 6-7 minutes). It is easy to use and is used several times a day for heating water for cooking as well as pour over coffee and tea. I highly recommend Chefman products for quality, warranty, and reasonable pricing.
