We have had a couple of kettles in the past, but the lids kept breaking on them. The new lid is a great improvement, looking forward to using it!

Great kettle

We love our new Chefman Kettle. Nice holding capacity for multiple cups on tea or hot water for any use. The glass design is something I have been searching for as we have been trying to get away from plastics. Easy to use just fill, plug in and hit the button to start the boil. Once you flip the switch the base turns blue as it brings the water to a boil. Once boil and temperature has been reached the blue light goes away and I know the water is ready to be used. Our old one made a quite click notice once it was done and it was easy to miss leaving us with Luke warm water. Top notch would recommend to friends and family
