Makes excellent hot tea and hot cocoa. Very simple to use. I like that the lid comes off.

wish it had a 3 prong plug with grounding wire, because its 2 you have to unplug when not in use

I like the product. Easy to use. Boils water very quickly. Like karge opening with removable cap. Makes it easy to wash. Meant to purchase model with the removable tea brewing column, but in my haste to order, must have selected the wrong model.

Just purchased and used for first time. So far it does what it needs to do. It boils super fast. The top lid has to be manually popped off to fill, I was used to past other model that had a push button to open top lid, so this new model will be an adjustment. Cheers.
