I previously bought the smaller version of this kettle and LOVE it!!!!! According to video I saw, they usually last approx. three years, and since models change all the time I wanted pretty much the same as the first I bought, I order this one. Although larger than my previous one, it works the same and therefore doesn't confuse me -- I'm an oldster and get easily confused by new electronics! Will put this one on a shelf for use when my current kettle no longer works. GREAT product!!!!!
