When I got this for my parents, my dad was like he's wasn't convinced on how it was going to work. After he seen what it does, he's was thrilled that he doesn't have to use his old water warmer. My Mother is totally happy with this item. Thanks for my my making elder parents lives a little better to handle.

Very easy to plug in, push down on the start button & get my hot water quickly. So convenient for getting boiling water when cooking requires a cup or more. I’ve had 1 for years but it finally got too tired to work! I like the blue lights on this model.

It was a stellar idea to make a clear pot and led lights. I'm going to boil water for evening tea and turn the lights off to see it better! It boiled a 3/4 full pot in an expected amount of time. I love it
