This is my 2nd electric kettle from Chefman. The switch on this same model stopped working after less than 1 year. I didn’t fill out the warranty so was unable to contact the company. I love the easy and fast boil of this model and am hoping it lasts longer. It is fun to watch the blue light as it brings the water to boil and always impresses with just how fast it is. You can’t walk away or you’ll miss it. I’m giving this another try. This time I did fill out the warranty! 4 stars because the switch stopped working in less than 1 year.
