Great for boiling water, though any minerals in the water will turn the bottom an of rust color. No actual rust though

I bought this to replace a very similar kettle that developed an electrical fault. This kettle is not as good looking but I hope it will last! For some reason, the kettle steams up on the inside so its appearance is impacted by permanent, heavy condensation. It’s a bit noisy but doesn’t get scaled up as fast as previous kettles, which is nice.

This kettle is so easy to use. I just wish the on and off button was in a better place in case I need to wash the kettle, and I wish there was an easier way to ensure drying to prevent mold. Otherwise, the heating is so impressive. It is so quick. I’m hoping the quality is lasting!
