Broke After 2 Months

I actually really loved your product but unfortunately it got an E1 error code on my fryer after 2 months of having it and according to the manual that error code means it needs to be replaced as the manual claims it is a loose wire or poor soldering.

I like the clear display, and easy to use features. Not concerned about cooking shortcuts as reported in most reviews as most food packaging comes with recommended cooking times etc.
I like the ability to view the food in the baskets which makes the "extra crisp" function easier to determine at the end of the cooking stage.

Very easy to use. Need to run it through at least one cycle to burn off the production oil but after that it works great!
