Was so excited to open and use it but upon inspection I found this on one of the basket plates….appears to look like rust. Please see photo would like to get a new liner asap I also reached out to support. Thanks for your help with this matter

The warranty replacement was easy. I did have to call a few days after completing the warranty replacement request on line. Agent was great and help resolve my concern. I received a replacement product. Thank you!
