Plastic smell won’t go away

I bought this Feb 9 it’s not Feb 23 and I’ve used it about 4-5 times the plastic smell won’t go away. And I can even return it to the retailer I bought it from because it’s been used

Excellent, however the first one overheated with a E2 Code, after 14 month

I love everything about the dual drawer unit. So much so that even though my first experience with your air fryer,...same model, overheated and produced an E2 code and then shut off, after emitting smoke from the top of the unit. Naturally, I am hoping to get somewhat more of a usage period this time, but I enjoyed the first one so much, I was willing to purchase another fryer.
