Pretty, But Can’t Crisp

I just got this turbo air fryer and I’ll say, it’s really aesthetically pleasing. I love how bright the light is.
That said, I’m not sure I’m a fan of how it cooks. I made hash brown rounds and set them to 400° for 10 minutes. I didn’t overcrowd the basket, but after 10 minutes they weren’t done or crispy. I then tried 450° for 20 minutes thinking that would help, but it didn’t. I put them back at 400° for another 3 minutes and eventually just gave up.

So far, it seems like it takes longer to cook than any air fryer I’ve used before, which is a little strange. I’ll try making something else to see if the results are better.

The warranty replacement was easy. I did have to call a few days after completing the warranty replacement request on line. Agent was great and help resolve my concern. I received a replacement product. Thank you!
