I honestly loved it, it was super easy and convenient to use, i’m just super upset considering how much I paid for it, that one side of it no longer works :(

Pieces easily fall off

I love how easy it is to use the product, but frustrated that the small rubber pieces attached to the tray inside the air fryer baskets can easily fall off. When the pieces are missing, the tray does not fit snuggly in place.

When I used it for the 1st time the display only showed the time & temp, no other presets.

I'll try using the air fryer again to see if I can figure out what I am doing wrong or is it the fryer? Hence, not a great start! In the second attempt, the buttons for sync baskets, sync finish also appeared however, not the hi-fry or + 2 minutes, nor all the buttons between each of the info for the 2 baskets!! I don't understand how to activate all these options.

Easy to use, clean easy, only one thing is I already lost 2 Rubbers that are on the corner s of the tray in side the basket, they come off easy.
