Ours stopped working after a handful of uses

I’m unsure why as we used this product a handful of times and followed the user guide to take care of it but it’s no longer heating up on both air fryers

Two baskets is better

its a game changer for cooking

It is fast & easy-to-use BUT the coating peeled off the basket racks after the first time I hand washed them AND all of the plastic corners fell off and I lost 1/2 of the during the first wash.
