I got this air fryer as a present.

I got this air fryer as a present. But it doesnt seem to be working. I put my sons chicken nuggets in it after 20 mins of running it. They were ice cold. How can i get help with it. I think its faulty. It’s fan just amkes sound for 2-3 seconds light blinks and then nothing. The food was cold. I dont know what wrong with this product.
