Very easy to use. Need to run it through at least one cycle to burn off the production oil but after that it works great!

I like the clear display, and easy to use features. Not concerned about cooking shortcuts as reported in most reviews as most food packaging comes with recommended cooking times etc.
I like the ability to view the food in the baskets which makes the "extra crisp" function easier to determine at the end of the cooking stage.
